EK Series Miniature Chain Electric Hoists
The product features a metal shell, providing impact resistance and wear resistance, which is well-suited to the frequent installation and disassembly of stage equipment. It has been structurally optimized for low-clearance installation environments, enabling normal installation and operation even when there is limited space above the stage. Equipped with 80-grade standard lifting chains, available in two surface treatment options of galvanized and black, and paired with lifting sprockets made of alloy steel, it operates smoothly with low noise, effectively preventing interference with stage performances.
The hoists are equipped with motors featuring cooling fans, supporting high-frequency continuous operation and extending the equipment's running time. They also have two operation modes: handle operation and controller operation, allowing for independent control of a single unit or coordinated control of multiple units. In terms of safety features, compact upper and lower limit power-off switches are employed, effectively preventing over-travel and setting the maximum working stroke. A chain storage device and a hook anti-disengagement structure are provided, combined with a power-off braking system. This braking system features a maintenance-free design, eliminating the need for regular brake disc replacement and reducing the equipment's maintenance frequency.
