Requirements for steel wire rope chain hoist:
(1) When using a chain hoist, the lifting capacity should not exceed the allowable load and should be used according to the marked lifting capacity.
(2) When using, it is not allowed to arbitrarily extend the handle, as the lifting capacity of the hand lever hoist is limited, and the pulling force of both hands also has a certain size. Extending the handle can cause overloading of the hand lever hoist, leading to component damage.
(3) Regularly check the steel wire rope for wear, kinks, broken wires, or strands, and replace any parts that do not meet the requirements for use.
(4) Due to the working principle of the hand chain hoist using pliers to alternately clamp the steel wire rope, it is required to use a steel core steel wire rope instead of a hemp core steel wire rope. As the hemp core rope is soft and elastic, it can easily loosen after being clamped by the pliers.
(5) A comprehensive inspection and testing should be conducted before using the hand chain hoist, and maintenance should be carried out after use.
